Our platform helps users compare and connect with lending institutions based on their preferences and eligibility. However, we are not a lender ourselves and do not disburse loans or make credit decisions. We do not guarantee loan approvals, interest rates, or timelines, as all such determinations are made solely by the respective lending partners in accordance with their internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

3. Eligibility
By using this platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, an Indian citizen possessing valid government-issued identification (such as Aadhaar, PAN, or Voter ID), and legally competent to enter into binding contracts as defined under applicable Indian laws. Your continued use of the platform serves as a declaration of your eligibility. If you do not meet these criteria, you are not authorized to use our services, and we reserve the right to restrict or terminate access at any time.
If you do not agree with these conditions or are found to be ineligible, please refrain from using our services.

4. Use of Platform
By accessing and using our platform, you agree to provide accurate and truthful personal and financial information, refrain from using the platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes, and expressly consent to the collection, processing, and secure sharing of your data with RBI-registered banks, NBFCs, and verified third-party partners for the purpose of evaluating and processing your loan application. Any misuse of the platform, submission of false information, or violation of these terms may result in denial of services, suspension of access, or legal action as appropriate.

5. Communication Consent
By submitting your personal information through our platform, you expressly consent to receiving both promotional and transactional communications related to your loan inquiry or other financial products and services via WhatsApp, SMS, phone calls (including automated or recorded voice calls), and email. These communications may include application updates, reminders, offers, service alerts, and customer support messages. You understand and agree that such communications may be delivered even if your phone number is registered under the Do Not Disturb (DND) registry, in compliance with applicable regulations. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting our support team or using the opt-out instructions provided in our communications.

6. Limitation of Liability
By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree that we act solely as a facilitator connecting you with RBI-registered banks and NBFCs. We do not provide loans ourselves and have no control over the decision-making processes of our lending partners.
We shall not be held liable for any loan rejections, delays in processing or disbursal, or changes in terms or eligibility by the lending institutions. Furthermore, we disclaim any liability—direct or indirect, special, incidental, or consequential—that may arise from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, financial loss, missed opportunities, or service interruptions.
Your continued use of the platform signifies your agreement to these limitations and your understanding that all final decisions regarding loan approvals rest solely with the lending institutions.

7. Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, software, and user interface elements displayed on this platform, is the exclusive property of the company or its authorized licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, display, transmit, or commercially exploit any part of this platform without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use of any material from this platform may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws and could result in legal action.
Your use of the platform does not grant you any ownership or license rights to any of the intellectual property or proprietary content presented herein.

8. Updates
We reserve the right to modify, update, or revise this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use at any time without prior notice.
